The honest versions, written down. Anything missing — the phone works fine: (360) 717-8977.
Call (360) 717-8977 during business hours (mon–fri: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) or send the request form any time. Form requests are read first thing each morning and answered with a callback and a real scheduling window.
The diagnostic is a flat $95 everywhere in our service area, stated before booking. It covers travel, testing and a written finding with the exact repair price — and it's applied toward the repair if you approve the quote.
We give you the nearest window we honestly have rather than printing promises. Most bookings land within a few business days; refrigerators and freezers that stopped cooling get moved to the front of the queue.
Poulsbo, Silverdale, Bremerton, Kingston, Bainbridge Island and Port Orchard, plus the communities between them — Suquamish, Indianola, Keyport, Seabeck, Hansville, Manchester and more. All by road from our Poulsbo shop, never by ferry.
Five lines: dryers, washers, refrigerators and freezers, stoves/ranges/ovens, and ice makers — including stacked laundry, chest freezers, wall ovens and standalone ice machines within those lines.
The mainstream field: Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Bosch, Amana and similar. A few luxury built-in marques are factory-service-only, and we'll tell you that on the phone before any fee is involved.
If your appliance is inside the maker's warranty window, factory service is usually the cheaper path and we'll say so. Out of warranty, we're exactly the right call.
That's rather the point of the written diagnostic. The technician gives you the fault, the exact repair price and a candid read of the machine's remaining life. When replacement is the better math, we say it plainly and you've spent only the diagnostic.
Yes — parts and labor, with terms printed on your invoice. If a covered repair acts up within the warranty period, call and we'll make it right without a new diagnostic fee.
Clear reasonable access to the machine, and keep the model number nearby when it's easy to locate (usually inside the door or on a rear plate). Stairs, tight closets or stacked units are worth mentioning at booking.
Routinely. Tenants book the diagnostic, the written quote goes to the landlord or property manager for approval, and billing follows whoever authorized the work.
House-side gas lines, in-wall wiring and plumbing runs belong to licensed gas fitters, electricians and plumbers, and we'll tell you on site when a fault crosses that boundary. We also skip small countertop appliances — microwaves, toasters, espresso machines.
A few frames from recent visits around the county — no staging, just the day's route.
That part we fix in person. Send the form or call, and we'll take it from the top of the queue we honestly have.
