Privacy Policy

Short, because we collect little and do little with it.

What we collect

When you submit the request form, we receive what you typed: name, phone number, ZIP or address, the appliance and symptom, and any scheduling preference. When you call, we note the same kind of details needed to book and complete a repair visit.

What it's used for

Scheduling and performing your repair — calling you back, routing the technician, preparing the quote and invoice, and honoring the repair warranty afterward. That's the entire list.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, we don't run advertising lists, and we don't send marketing messages. Contact from us relates to a visit you requested or work we performed.

Form processing

The request form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service that transmits your submission to our inbox. Their handling of submissions is governed by their own privacy terms.

Records

Invoices and repair records are retained as ordinary business and warranty documentation. If you'd like your contact details removed from our records, call (360) 717-8977 or write to us at 19846 4th Ave NE, Poulsbo, WA 98370, and we'll remove what isn't required for warranty or accounting purposes.

Questions

This policy covers bedrockappliance.com. Questions about it are welcome at (360) 717-8977 during business hours, mon–fri: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
